This interior scene depicts a gentleman talking with two ladies. This painting is done in the 18th century style. The painting is framed in a wonderful of the period gold leaf frame. Andre Marchand was born in Paris on November 22 1877 and died April 18 1945. See E Benezit page 162 to learn more about the artist.
