He was Consul General in Sao Paulo Brazil between 1964-1969. This painting is a combination of a drawing and watercolor. There is an original gallery card on the reverse that states Galeria R Domingo R. Com Jose' de Barros, 301 1 and Cjt. 124 T 267 0209 Galeria do Centro, Edificio Governador S. Paulo. Signed lower right and inscribed to Miles Bond. Excellent original condition. In 1913 Francisco Domingo moved to Paris where he struck a friendship with Picasso, Miro and Gris, and became their faithful follower. He returned to Barcelona in 1932 and moved to Brazil in 1950.
