Japanese WWII Walking stick,cane,pool stick combination. The unique Japanese folk art piece dates from the middle of the second world war. Obviously carved for a GI. It depicts all the different towns and cities in Japan at the time.Hokkaido,Misawa,Hachinome,Sendai,Nikko,Tachikawa,Yokohama,Yokosuka,Kyoto,Osaka,Kobe,Kure,Hiroshima,Kokura,Saseba,Nagasaki,Seoul, Pusan,Okinawa,Naha,Shikoku. It also has carved battleships,anchors,planes,a mountain and a light house with a stone embedded as a light. When it is a walking stick it measures 34 inches long and when it is a pool stick it is 57 and one half inches long. It is in excellent condition just needing a new pool tip. The cane is made from wood and painted green with a brass walking tip and ebony handle.
