Set of four D. R. Dimes Windsor chairs in black paint. This is one of the first sets of bench-made chairs handcrafted by Dimes in the the 1970's. Made to be exact reproductions of 18th century American country New England Windsors, with a black paint surface that perfectly duplicates the natural wear of paint over 2 centuries. Two arms and two sides. They measure 41.5 inches high to the back, 27.5" high to the arms, 17.5 inches high to the seat, 25" wide at the arms, and 16.75 inches deep.
