Vintage set of 8 Nichols and Stone solid rock maple dining chairs in original black paint. Wonderful country French ladder back style. Two arm chairs and six side chairs. The Nichols and Stone Co. of Gardner, MA, no longer builds chairs in this style. Purchased 20 years ago. They are super comfortable and strong. Each side chair measures 41 inches high to the back, 18.5 inches high to the seat, 17 inches deep, 18 inches wide at the top, and 20.5 inches wide at the arms. This set has been professionally cleaned and re-waxed, with typical wear for age.
