This table was hand crafted by Jeffrey Greene of Newport, RI, approximately 20 years ago. It is an exact replica of an 18th century Boston Queen Anne style tea table made in beautifully figured maple. It features boldly shaped aprons and long, graceful cabriole legs ending in pad feet. The overhanging top has a molded edge. The table has a great amount of lift, in keeping with the design ideals of its day. The pegs are visible in the mortise-and-tenon frame joinery.
