D.R. Dimes bow back Windsor chairs in pine and hickory, set of six (2 armchairs and 4 side chairs). There are some use marks on the seats commensurate with the age of the chairs, and some seats are a little darker than the others. Extremely strong and comfortable. Armchair dimensions: 42" high to back, 28.25" high to arms, 17.25" high to seats, 25.75" wide at arms, and 16" deep. Side chair dimensions: 38.25" high to back, 17.27" high to seats, 21" wide, and 17.25" deep.
Eldred Wheeler tiger maple oval tavern table. Beautiful graining. Hand block planed, wooden pin construction and original label. Splayed legs and cut-out apron. Measures 25.5 inches high, 34 inches wide and 27.75 inches deep. We have not had this form before. . Please see "Eldred Wheeler / A Collector's Guide" by Emmett W. Eldred, page 226, for reference to this table. Eldred Wheeler made the finest reproductions of period American furniture. It is no longer in business.
Vintage solid mahogany Queen Anne style corner chair circa 1950. Vase form splats, cabriole legs, cross stretchers, and slip seat. Very good original condition. Measures 26" deep to center front, 31" high to back, 17" high to seat, and 29" wide at arms. The slip seat is 16" square.
Georgian period mahogany tray top tea table with drawer and two candle slides. English, circa 1800. Book-matched oyster shell burl veneered top, original hardware, hand-cut dovetails. Measures 33.25 inches wide, 19.5 inches deep and 29.75 inches high. Excellent original condition including finish and brasses.
Vintage Stephen von Hohen hand made pine tea table with two candle slides, from his Bucks County Collection. Wooden pin construction, hand block planed, scalloped sides with shell carving. Gentle wear and some use marks commensurate with age. Measures 35.5 inches long x 22.5 inches wide x 27.25 inches high. Rich nut brown original finish and patina.
