Early small lift top travel trunk. Northern India circa 1800. All original. Dovetailed sides, hand wrought hardware and hand carved design on front. Traces of the original polychrome. Measures 25.5 inches wide, 12 inches deep and 12 inches high.
Mid 20th century double-sided Chinese altar or scroll table in black enamel. Open carved in coin, cloud and fence motifs. Very good condition. Some minor use marks commensurate with age. Made from hardwood with a black lacquer finish. Measures 63.5 inches long, 15.5 inches deep and 32.5 inches high.
19th century Chinese hand carved page turner. Decorated on both sides with a court lady and a little boy. Measures 10.25 x 1.25 inches. No damages.
Japanese hand carved Meiji period shoe horn circa 1880. Topped with a mouse nibbling daikon radishes. Small chip to tip of back ear and missing front eye bead. Length 4.75 inches.
Japanese rosewood calligrapher's ink holder. Meiji period (late 19th century). Hinged lid, copper well. Measures 7.5 inches long. A lovely desk object.
