William R. and Gilbert Ottman stoneware crock, circa 1872-1892. Marked Ottman Bros. and Co. Fort Edward NY. Strong cobalt blue design, some chips which are shown in the photographs. No cracks or repairs. Measures 7.5" high x 9" wide.
Early 19th century moccaware pottery pitcher marked Henry Gale Bottlesford. From the Johnathan Rickard collection. Measures 6.25 inches tall by 7 inches wide handle to spout. There are some chips on the spout and a small flake on the rim, shown in one of the photos.
Stoneware 2 gallon jug made by Nichols and Boynton, Burlington, VT. This is the stamp of Nichols and Boynton from 1854 to 1855 (William Ketchum, Jr., American Stoneware, p. 45). Good condition with a star imperfection shown in one of the detail images. Height 14 inches.
