Made of madrone, myrtlewood, kekele, ash, maple, oak, koa, imbuya, black walnut, wenge, padouk, managre and mahogany woods from Oregon, Africa, Hawaii, Brazil and Honduras. Honduras mahogany frame. The frame measures 28 x 24 inches. The creation of an exclusive Hudson River Inlay image begins first with a rough sketch by the artist. The next step is to capture the essence of the subject with just a few subtle lines that convey its motion and vitality. The result is a final line drawing that serves as a blueprint for each individual piece of inlaid wood art.
