The book pages and binding are in very good condition, the white linen cover is soiled, the edges are good, and the original dust cover has some tears beneath the clear Brodart cover. Early English Queen Anne upholstered side chair circa 1750. This chair measures 38.5 inches high x 19 inches to the seat x 20 inches wide at the front x 17.5 inches deep. Vase splat, cabriole legs ending in pad feet, and H-stretchers. There are some good old repairs here and there which is to be expected from a chair of this age. It is both strong and comfortable.
