Early New England birch and pine stand circa 1825. Single drawer, straight tapered legs, wide board top, and hand-cut dovetailed drawer with chamfered bottom. Unusually generous proportions for an early stand, it works very well beside a large sofa. It measures 29" wide x 25" deep x 28" high.
Vintage D. R. Dimes country pine harvest table. Bread board ends, hand block-planed top and cross stretchers, wooden pin construction and lovely patina. Some traces of usage, commensurate with age. Made circa 1980. Measures 72" long x 33.5" wide x 29.75" high.
Vintage D. R. Dimes small size writing arm Windsor chair. Similar in proportions to a dining chair, it is more versatile and less often seen than the Dimes large size counterpart. It measures 39.5" high to the back, 29.5" high to the writing surface, 17" high to the seat, 38" wide overall, and 16.5" deep. Beautiful condition.
Early American figured maple stand circa 1820. This is a very unusual stand featuring a flame birch top, solid bird's eye maple (not veneered) drawer fronts, clear maple and tiger maple. The two drawers have chamfered drawer bottoms, wide hand-cut dovetails and period solid brass pulls. The smaller top drawer has a compartmented top. All hand made wooden pin construction. Measures 28.25" high x 23.5" wide x 18" deep.
Eldred Wheeler tiger maple breakfast table in country Queen Anne style, circa 1990. Exceptional hand craftsmanship, fine delicate legs with pronounced knees, pad feet, cut out side skirt, wooden pins and knuckle arm swing out legs. Measures 27.5 inches high, 28 inches long, 10.25 inches wide with leaves down, and 30 inches wide with leaves up. Eldred Wheeler was established in 1977 and is no longer in business.
