Sunderland pearlware jug. Staffordshire, England, circa 1850. On one side is a 3 mast bark (barque), on the other side is the River Wear's iron bridge, and on the front is a sailor's sentiment. Measures 7" high x 9.25" handle to spout. Excellent condition.

Sunderland pearlware iron bridge jug with adage and puzzle poem. Staffordshire circa 1820. The jug bears an old Northeast Auctions sticker along with one stating "Sunderland Pottery 5th ED. Page 85". Measures 8 inches high by 7.5 inches across and 11 inches spout to handle.
