Stoneware crock by Armstrong and Wentworth Norwich CT

Stoneware 3-gallon crock stamped Armstrong and Wentworth, Norwich, CT, 1814-34. Some crackle and a couple of chips on the top rim which we show in one of the photos. Slip cobalt on handles and side. Reverse impressed with Armstrong & Wentworth maker's mark on front. Measures 12.75 inches high and 10.5 inches across the handles.

Rare 18th century American cast iron spider skillet. This small egg-size pan measures 5.75 inches across the bowl, 2.25 inches high and 8.25 inches from handle to end of bowl. The inside depth is 1.5 inches. Excellent condition. Just in from Norwich, CT, estate. Excellent condition.
