Early American 18th century cast iron hearth cauldron, used in a country kitchen for cooking. Original condition with early mold marks and bottom snap line which are found only in early period cast metals. This cauldron retains its original 4 feet on the base. The feet of most period cauldrons have either snapped off or warn down from use in the fireplace. Measures 11.25 inches high, 10.25 inches across and 16 inches to the top of the raised handle.
Artisan made wooden burl bowl with heart cut-outs crafted from a single block of burl. Marked NRL 1971 on base. Measures 17 inches long by 10.25 inches wide by 5 inches high to the top of the handles.
18th century English brass candlestick. Height is 6" and diameter is 4.5".
Pair of 18th century American brass and iron knife blade andirons with penny feet. Note the line in the brass top indicating a two part mold; this is what identifies period andirons.
